These 5 x weekly classes will be interpretations of various Nature related settings, and are primarily for beginners with some introductory experience with watercolour yet open to anyone else willing to learn more.

‘Nature’ is a very broad subject area, so naturally we will be selecting only a couple of aspects in which to explore with ease.

These classes will be focusing on loose expressions of nature in watercolour with the aid of additional non-traditional tools and approaches. These classes hope to allow you to enjoy applying watercolour in a more exploratory way without the pressure of having to make anything exact. It’s an opportunity to just enjoy the process and see the beauty that watercolour can be.

We will experiment with basic techniques and colour mixing associated with the exercises we explore.

Individuals will need to bring their own materials.

An art materials list will be provided upon enrolment, and can be purchased from Shore Studio Art Supplies.
