Albrecht Dürer watercolour pencils and Clairefontaine Pastelmat are a perfect combination.

In this workshop you will learn the technique for a painterly finish with full strength of colour; the best way to make a white subject glow, and how to achieve that out of focus background which makes the subject pop forward.
After this workshop you will have a new appreciation for watercolour pencils and a finished work to take home.

Materials:
Clairefontaine Pastelmat in light grey or light blue
HB graphite pencil
Kneadable eraser
#6 round synthetic watercolour brush
paper towel
small water container
Faber-Castell Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils in white 101, cream 102, any bright yellow, light flesh 132, warm grey 1 270, warm grey 3 272, cold grey 1 230, dark sepia 175, chrome green opaque 174, any light green, mauve 249, any light blue, black 199.

This is an all day workshop running from 9.30am to 4.30pm
