PRIVATE TUITION T&C

Booking Confirmations: Your booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy for Private Tuition: We are more than happy to swap days for you with no fee if given enough notice and subject to availability in the schedule.

Cancellation with More than 48 hours notice: No fee incurred

24 hours notice: 25% of the cost of your session

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the cost of your session

Same day: 100% Full cost of session

WORKSHOP T&C

Booking Confirmations: Your booking will be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation Policy: As we purchase materials based on the number of attendees for each class/workshop, we are unable to refund tickets. We do welcome you to pass your ticket to a friend to come in your place. Please message us if you wish to change the name on the ticket. In some cases, we may be able to offer a credit to be used in another workshop/class but this will depend on availability in the schedule.

Participants are required to sign in when they attend a workshop and indicate whether they are happy to have their photos taken. Any images may be used in our promotional material. Participants are to follow instructions, safety precautions and advice when given. If you are not able to attend on the day please contact the studio on 0431 945 151.

Liability Waiver At Shore Studio your safety is important to us, however, you must agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which you might incur whilst participating in classes and/or events organised by the studio. Including but not restricted to damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property brought into the studio’s premises, and any physical injuries sustained as a result of participating in any class or event organised by Shore Studio.
