Introduction to Pastel Portraits.
Learn the easy steps to making a truly beautiful Portrait in Pastels from internationally acclaimed figurative pastel artist, David Wells who will guide you through the process of creating a portrait with detail, dimension, softness, expression and likeness.

These classes focuses on rendering realistic portraits from two angles, in clearly explained, achievable steps.

Students will employ blending, layering and scumbling techniques to create individual artworks and explore personal expression, within a carefully structured class.
No drawing skills are required for this course, so it is suitable for absolute beginners, as well as for anyone who would like to begin to develop their skills in portraiture and/or pastels.
Morning or Evening Classes available.
